While PA online casinos enjoy a 100% smoke-free environment for obvious reasons, the same isn’t yet true for all retail outlets. Now, players who want to enjoy their favorite casino games without having to contend with other smokers can enjoy the newly-opened Aristocrat Gaming Lounge at Mohegan, Pennsylvania, which offers a totally smoke-free gambling experience.

2,000 Square Feet Area Hosts 55 Aristocrat Slot Machines

The Aristocrat Gaming Lounge is located right inside the Mohegan Pennsylvania hotel, and was created with more than just gambling in mind, offering a bespoke ambiance with full lighting and an exclusive collection of artwork featuring some of the most popular characters from Aristocrat titles. Guests are greeted by state-of-the-art LCD video panels that keep guests updated about the latest content available.

Covering over 2,000 square feet, the gaming area features full Aristocrat branding flanking the most popular gaming products from the software provider. There are 55 slots machines available in total, with fan favorites like Dragon Link, Lightning Link and Buffalo. The newer titles, like Whisker Wheels, Mo’ Mummy and Triple Supreme Extreme, are also included.

Tony Carlucci, President of Mohegan Pennsylvania, stated in a press release that he was thrilled to launch the smoke-free Aristocrat Gaming Lounge as part of “Mohegan’s commitment towards providing exceptional and comfortable gaming experiences. Our collaboration with Aristocrat, an award-winning casino slot provider, has allowed us to offer a truly exciting gaming experience”.

Is Smoke-Free the Future of Pennsylvania Casinos?

Meanwhile, the call for 100% smoke-free casinos across the Keystone State continues to gain traction among lobbyists. However, a bill to ban smoking in PA casinos is yet to be actioned at the Committee stage.
